Refund Policy

All payments and deposits are non-refundable.

Memberships: There are no refunds for monthly or six-month memberships. All memberships can be self-canceled at any time in your member account. Your cancelation will apply to your next billing cycle and your card will not be charged again. There are no refunds for payment(s) made prior to the cancelation.

Retreats: A non-refundable deposit is required for retreat registration; without one, the spot is available to other possible registrants. Final payments are required no less than one-month prior to the retreat unless other financial terms are negotiated. Payment plans and financial scholarship may be available. There are no refunds for retreats. The original retreat registrant may gift their spot in the case that the original registrant cannot attend. Retreat participants and staycation retreat participants who cannot attend can also choose to give their spot in the form of a scholarship, and someone who would not ordinarily be able to attend due to financial restriction will be offered the spot.

The above does not apply to Kripalu workshops, which are subject to Kripalu’s own policies, terms, and restrictions.
