The practice of kriya yoga is composed of three yoga philosophical tenets that are powerful agents of change and transformation. Kriya yoga translates to the yoga of action, and is offered in one of the earliest yogic texts as a method to remove even the biggest obstacles.

This retreat will explore how these pillars can be applied both on and off-the-mat so you can make things happen, move through any roadblocks, and keep taking action toward what’s most important to you.
